Yum-asana making healthy feel irresistible

Yoga Bar burst onto the Indian health food scene with a radical premise: that food made with real, clean ingredients could also taste extraordinary. Their product range protein bars, high-protein oats, muesli, peanut butter, and quinoa snacks has built a loyal following of health-conscious consumers who refuse to compromise on taste.

We redesigned their Shopify storefront to match the energy of the brand: bold magenta, playful typography, and a product-first layout that lets the vibrant packaging do the heavy lifting. Health certification badges (Gluten-Free, No Chemicals, No Preservatives) are woven into the purchase flow as trust signals rather than fine print.

The redesigned store achieved a 38% lift in add-to-cart rate and a 22% improvement in checkout conversion within the first quarter post-launch.

The Challenge

In the crowded Indian health food market, Yoga Bar competed against both premium imported brands and dirt-cheap domestic options. Their storefront needed to communicate premium quality without alienating their core millennial audience making every product feel both aspirational and accessible at the same time.

Our Approach

We designed the storefront as an experience, not a catalogue. Bold full-bleed product photography, a magenta-led palette that stands apart in a sea of greens and browns, and a hero section that leads with lifestyle benefit before product name. Bundle-first merchandising increased average order value by presenting "Kit" purchases as the intuitive choice.

The Result

38% lift in add-to-cart rate. 22% improvement in checkout conversion. Average order value rose 34% through bundle merchandising. The "Bestseller Combo" page became the site's highest-revenue product page within 30 days of launch.
