Aviva Florida is a leading Florida-based wholesale and retail supplier for the custom apparel and decoration industry. Stocking top brands like Bella+Canvas, Gildan, LAT Apparel, and A4, they serve decorators, screen printers, and custom apparel businesses with an extensive catalogue of blank garments, vinyl, DTF transfers, and heat transfer equipment.

The brief was to build a catalogue-grade e-commerce platform that could handle thousands of SKUs across product categories while keeping the experience fast, searchable, and conversion-optimised for both bulk buyers and individual decorators. We built a custom WooCommerce solution with brand-filtered navigation and a bulk pricing tier system that makes large-order purchasing intuitive.

The platform reduced average customer service query volume by 60% by putting product specifications and size charts directly within the purchase journey.

The Challenge

Aviva Florida's previous website could not handle their product catalogue volume and lacked the filtering and bulk pricing tools that trade buyers expected. Competitors with worse product selection were winning contracts based purely on digital experience. Customer service was drowning in calls that a good website would have answered automatically.

Our Approach

We built a full WooCommerce catalogue with multi-dimensional brand, category, and decoration-method filtering. Bulk pricing tables appear inline on every product page. A "New Arrivals" announcement system and brand-specific landing pages (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, etc.) create discovery pathways that mirror how the trade actually shops. Mobile performance was prioritised to serve decorators ordering from the floor.

The Result

Customer service query volume dropped 60% as product information became self-service. Bulk order volume increased 85% through the new pricing tier flow. The site handled a 400% traffic spike during a Tote Bag sale without performance degradation.
